The lead Plugins Page is available in System Check link of Lead Portal. 1st Timer is required to install all plugins before Lead access. Remark : Administrative rights required to install Plugins

• Click on "System Check" link in lead portal.

• Internet Explorer Version will be displayed in System Check Summary.

• Click on "System Check" link in lead portal.

• Click on "Download" icon if the required plugins are not displayed with "Installed"icon .

You need set Lead portal as trusted site to fix the problem.

There is a password retrieval system which allows you to retrieve your password. The steps are as follows:

• Click "Forget Password" icon found on the home page.

• Type in your name, login ID and school ID and click "Submit".

• Once done, the system will automatically send your password to the personal email account that you have specified in your profile.
